lThe clamp can be floating, and the holding plate is reliable; a hydraulic cylinder is adopted for driving, and the oil supply for the clamp is provided through a pressure-reducing hydraulic branch with an energy accumulator, and the clamping force of the clamp is not influenced by the punching of the main machine; the clamp position can be manually adjusted to different positions on the slide carriage to adapt to different width of plates.
lThe machine tool bed of a welding structure of thick steel plates adopts aging heat treatment to eliminate the internal stress completely, thus the rigidity is good, and a long-term stability is maintained.
